Honor Choir Application Form
Deadline: May 31. The choir will be limited to the first 150 acceptable applications received. Applicants will be notified after June 1.
The recommending director must be an MCDA member in order for the singer to participate. A $25 non-refundable application fee must be paid for each applicant. Make checks payable to MCDA and send to Lori Scott, MCDA Honor Choir, 573 Clover Road, Hannibal, MO 63401 Submission of this application form and the application fee is not a guarantee of membership in the honor choir. An audition recording is not needed.
