All payments and registrations will be processed through Brown Paper Tickets.
Registration will be open until May 31, 2016 OR until it reaches 150 singers.

Please read all of the following information before regsitering.
Here is the 2016 Schedule:
Thursday, July 21 from 6pm to 6:45pm - REGISTRATION
Thursday, July 21 from 7pm to 9pm - REHEARSAL
Friday, July 22 from 9am to 5pm - REHEARSAL (with breaks)
Friday, July 22 at 6:30(ish) - CONCERT AT CAPITAL PLAZA
DO WE NEED AN ACTUAL "TICKET?"
No! We are just using this ticketing service as an easy way to register our attendees. This way, we don't have to mail checks back and forth and the process is a lot easier. When you submit your order, you will be placed on the registration list.
WHO CAN SING? HOW DO I GET CHOSEN?
The choir is open to any singer who is currently participating in a choir directed by a current MCDA member. You must have a sponsoring conductor and that member MUST recommend you for the choir. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU HAVE NOT CLEARED IT WITH YOUR DIRECTOR. Your director does not have to fill out a recommendation from.
WHO DO WE SING FOR?
Each summer, hundreds of choral professionals from all over the state of Missouri gather for our annual summer convention. This honor choir provides the music for our banquet on Friday evening.
WHO WILL BE THE CONDUCTOR?
This year we are thrilled to have Dr. Craig Jessop, former Conductor and Music Director for the Mormon tabernacle Choir and Chair of the Music Department at Utah State University. Click here to learn more about Dr. Jessop.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost for registration is $30. This fee helps us pay the clinician, pianist(s), and any other instrumentalists we use as well as administrative costs.
WHAT ELSE WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PURCHASING?
1) Sheet music. Each person must have all ORIGINAL sheet music. Absolutely no copies allowed. In many cases, the sponsoring church or chorus may provide the music for participating singers.
3)Black pants or skirt and a pastel colored shirt for the performance. (any sleeve length is fine)
4) Hotel costs at either the Capitol Plaza or somewhere else in the Jefferson City area.
5) Parking, meals and other expenses.
IF I CANNOT ATTEND OR IF I DIDN'T GET RECOMMENDED BY MY DIRECTOR, CAN I GET A REFUND?
No. It is important to get "ok'd" from your MCDA Sponsoring director.
WHAT IS THE REPERTOIRE?
The rep list will be announced in early May on the MCDA website.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE ALL THE REHEARSALS?
Because of the short amount of rehearsal time and the difficulty of the music, it is important that everyone be at all rehearsals. Therefore, if you are unable to attend a portion of the rehearsals either on Thursday evening or Friday during the day, you cannot participate.
