11-12 District/Women's Festival Choir Registration

Instructions -

The window to begin submitting students will open at 7:00am on Wednesday, September 14 and will close at 3pm on Friday, September 16. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Before submitting this form send your school Activities Director your list of students to be sure they all meet the MSHSAA eligibility requirements. Have your Activities Director then send a brief email to Andrew Scott anscott@stcharlessd.org stating something like "This is __________, the Activities Director from __________High School. All our suburban entries are MSHSAA eligible."

Please double-check spelling.

* Remember that Sopranos and Altos #1-8 will be eliglble for the 11-12 District Choir or the Women's Festival Choir. Sopranos and Altos #9-12 will only be eliglble for the Women's Festival Choir. Also, remember that only 11-12 grade students are eliglble for the 11-12 District Choir and the All-State Choir.

Session 1 - 8am

Session 2 - 10:15am

Session 3 - 1pm

No Preference - please use this option if you have students auditioning throughout the day who don't have a set time they need to perform.

After submission, in order to make a necessary change, email Ben Silvermintz bsilvermintz@parkwayschools.net  before Friday, September 23. The only changes accepted after September 23will be for cancellations and for the spelling of names. You are welcome to print off this invoice, complete the missing information, and give to your school finance secretary.

Fees will be assessed for all submitted auditionees.
